Any input on good (and rather inexpensive) festivals to sell pet art? I have a booth at the SPCA petwalk on Oct. 18th, but I would love your suggestions!

Saturday Art Market downtown might be a good fit. Also, Circus McGurkis would probably be right up your alley. Contact Coralette aka The Crafty Hag; I know she has the skinny on all that kind of stuff (and she makes really cool magnets).

I was involved in the SPOT event last year in December. http://www.spotusa.org/SpecialEvents.html. Only $50 to be a vendor, may be worth a shot. If you find any other inexpensive ones, I'd love to know. Most of the art shows I've found are like $400.

We are looking for artists to set up booth at Octoberfest for St. Petersburg Clay Company. Do you have any interest in that?

Needs to be work other than clay or handbags (we have a bag seller). It's Oct 11 from 10 am - 7 pm. The space is $50 for the day and we do not supply table or tent. We have postcards but are limited on advertising. Come by the studio and check it out. 420 22nd st. south, 896-2529.

Please tell anyone that may be interested.

No idea what the cost to exhibit at this event is, but it sounds like a Circus McGirkus kind of event.

Hi Stacey,
Check out the Sunday Pass-a-Grillle Art Mart a beautiful venue- Join the Suntan Art Center and I belive members can set up for free every weekend! Not bad for $36.00 a year.
Their web site will show pictures and list more information.
Please join, the local artist have refused to give up their center and have taken over the "Don Vista!"
Budget cuts will not stop art!!!

Tell your friends!!! Please!!!

Just got this message and thought I'd pass the word along:

As you might know...the Art in the Park at Williams Park started this past Saturday. I am still recruiting artists, and would also love to have someone that would do some art with children.

Each artist is allocated a 10x10 space, a tent is preferred, but not required, however a professional display is a must! The fee is $20.00 per week.

Anyone that is interested should e-mail a few images of their work to me at intmotives@gmail.com.

We welcome all mediums!

Talk to you soon...Leslie
